Topflight Package

$ 6,600 - Is our group/corporate special allowing six (6) people per group. Only one of the six must be present to hunt allowing five gun slots to be filled with guest as long as one of the group members are present. The groups do not have to hunt with other groups or other members of the club if they choose so.

Property Overview

Our prices are set to include water on property when available and furnish materials for blinds or as needed and to improve the property ranging from Brookshire, Eagle Lake, East Bernard, Garwood, Nada, Speaks, El Campo, Danevang, Clemville, College Port.

Waterwells on 90% of the property so we will have water!
Just give us a call and we’ll set up a convenient time for you to take the tour of some of the property.

Guest Policy : Each season member is allowed one (1) guest per day at the rate of $50.00, except for opening weekends. All guest MUST be accompanied by a Club Member at all times.

Membership allows you to hunt 7 days a week

Overview

Club members will call Chris (832)-466-9646 the day before they want to hunt (after 8:00 a.m. and before 6:00 p.m. and are to leave a message with name, phone number, and their places wanting to hunt) to reserve a spot of their choice for the next day. Hunts will last until noon no later unless there is a special case we do this to allow the birds to rest and allows for day in and day out success. To help ensure the club’s success, we believe in cultivating good relationships with each landowner or farmer we are partnered with, and members of this club are expected to abide by the rules and guidelines set. Also each member receives a packet that contains all of the maps, a release-of-liability statement, and membership rules and a membership card and sticker. All members have access to every property leased by the hunting club so every group or individual will have the same opportunities for awesome hunting. Work weekends will be arranged as everyone has time to help brush blinds and get stuff ready for the hunting season. Groups or individuals can request a guide but a guides fee of $150.00 will be assigned to that morning for the use of a guide for that hunt. At the rate of today's guided day hunts it does not take long for a lease to pay for itself. They play an important role in our existence and all of the funds from memberships are used to lease property, manage property and build blinds and other materials as needed.

Note: All lease purchases require a half down payment or full amount paid to hold a group spot with no refund on the half down payment or full amount paid for any reason or reasons. Due. to the limited number of spots being offered.
